Mr. Katz, I know it is off-topic, but I would like to hear your thoughts about the recent Nippon Steel - U.S. steel aquisition offer, especially in the face of resistance (from both sides of the political aisle) that is currently manifesting, which I found both very surprising at first but then not surprising at all, sadly.
I am steadily making my way through now. Clearly this is the fruit of *many* years of work. Really enjoying. Also, it's clear a lot of people provided updated versions of their work to you (I read footnotes..), which is really nice. I know a lot of the people you've interviewed which adds a layer of familiarity.
